City of Renton Online Utility Bill Payments

Now Single Family and Duplex utility customers can pay your utility bill with a credit or debit card, or an e-check 24 hours a day with this fast, convenient and free service. There are NO convenience or service fees or charges to utilize this Internet-based payment service!

E-Check Payments made before 3:00 PM (Renton time) on a business day (business day excludes weekends, Federal and City Observances) will be credited on the following business day. Payments made after 3:00 PM or on a weekend or Holiday will be credited following two business days.

Important: If you are making a payment for an anticipated water shut-off, please call the Utility Billing Department during our business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (425) 430-6852 to confirm your payment. If water is already shut-off, the balance must be paid in full using either a credit card online, or with cash or a credit card at City Hall. Debit cards or e-check are not accepted methods of payment to restore water service.
