Customer Notice: Beginning on March 5, 2013

On March 5, 2013 the City will migrate to a new online Utility Bill payment system ( After a quick registration process, this new site will allow you to make payments and manage your statement preferences. You will need your 9 digit utility account number (xxxxxx-xxx) located in the top left hand corner of your utility statement and a valid email address to set up your account.

The City of Renton is pleased to announce that our new payment system also offers customers the ability to set up paperless billing and autopay. If you would like to receive a bill via email instead of a paper statement mailed to you please select that option once you are registered. You can also set up autopay and have your bill paid directly from a checking or Visa/Mastercard account automatically.

For existing Direct Debit customers, your payment will continue to automatically draft from the bank account on file. If you would like to receive your statement via email instead of continuing to receive a paper statement please register and select that option.

Please add to your favorites for future online payments. All account holders will now be able to use this new system.

The user id and password printed on your statement will continue to provide access to the phone payment system at 1-800-430-1669.
