Customer Notice: - Beginning on June 4, 2010, after you log into this site you will be shown 24 months of detailed account history. Although online payments remain limited to single family dwellings and duplexes, all other multi-family and commercial customers can now log on to get the same 24 months of account history. Single Family and Duplex customers can pay utility bills with a credit or debit card, or an e-check 24 hours a day with this convenient and free service. There are NO convenience or service fees or charges to utilize this Internet-based payment service.

All customers can log in and get detailed account history covering the past 24 months.

E-Check Payments made before 3:00 PM (Renton time) on a business day (business day excludes weekends, Federal and City Observances) will be credited on the following business day. Payments made after 3:00 PM or on a weekend or Holiday will be credited following two business days.

Important: If you are making a payment for an anticipated water shut-off, please call the Utility Billing Department during our business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (425) 430-6852 to confirm your payment. If water is already shut-off, the balance must be paid in full using either a credit card online, or with cash or a credit card at City Hall. Debit cards or e-check are not accepted methods of payment to restore water service.
